Connecting TomTom and Sena SMH5 is not the problem, but when there is also an intercom connection, the TomTom interrupts by giving the " call signal " .
No directions, but just the signal, I have to push the jog dial, then the TomTom starts to speak.... and then the intercom connections comes back.
Is this an known issue?
Sena SMH5 Dual set with 1.2.3. - full factory reset - tested with phone pairing and multipoint pairing.

Connecting works fine now with the multipoint pairing, but when there is an intercom connection between 2 SMH5's and the TomTom interrupts for an announcment, the intercom connection doesn't come back. Is there a solution for this?
My tomtom rider 2 will not work with intercom and voice commands from the tomtom, if i try this, the tomtom commands are replaced by a high-low double tone, The Rider 2 does not support AD2P. Dose the 4.3" tomtom support this protocol?

Come on Sena! Lets' have some responses to this problem.
What version firmware are you on with your SMH5? The current version of the firmware is v2.0.1. Each time you update your firmware Sena recommends a factory reset.
Hello Dean thanks for responding. I can't even get my PC to recognise my SMH5. I tried to download manager and it won't install. Runs to about 90% and then stalls. It's been running all night and still stuck!
