I have had the Sena 10C for a few days now, and have noticed another issue.
I have tested this in tagging mode only, and will try to get some more testing in normal mode tonight. But at least in tagging mode I have noticed that the video is a good 1 to 2 seconds behind the audio. A friend of mine is also noticing the same issue on his 10C.

I did my first test ride yesterday and have experienced the same issue.
Thank you for this valuable feedback regarding the Video Tagging feature on the 10C. We will investigate this problem and we hope to provide a solution as soon as possible.
I have this as an issue. I can tell when I flip my visor up, and I see it, but hear it about 4 seconds later.
I am now experiencing this problem now. The video is delayed 2-4 secs
Previously was working fine.
I am experiencing this same issue.
Please update the firmware to the latest version on the 10C as this issue has been fixed in a firmware update.
