Mic Audio Unusable

I have a 10U mounted in a new Shoei helmet.  The microphone audio is usable when I'm parked.  The audio is unusable above 35 mph.

Does anyone have experience with the settings to solve this issue?

Everything else on the headset seems to work just fine.

  So you have an answer to your question, make sure the mic foam covering is in place, and that the mic is facing in the correct direction. If its an open face helmet, the wind is probably interfering with your audio. I use the boom mic in my Shoei modular and it works great at any speed.
