Need a way to adjust the intercom mic gain of the SMH-10. Some people speak softer than others (especially a female). Would be nice if we could have a way to adjust each SMH-10 intercom mic levels so it could be balanced out.

Sena We will get back to you later after studying more since it is tricky to provide adjustable gain because of audio functions of smart phones or something. e.g. iPhone Siri or smart phone voice commands.

J M H My suggestion has noting to do with mic gain to the phone. Strictly mic gain for helmet to helmet intercom.

David Woodhouse Yes the Mic on the SMH10 is way too sensitive. Even with the boost off, waving my hand in front of my face when sitting at my desk, the mike becomes active with just the small amount of air deflected with my hand. This is with the shield, and foam piece on and turned the correct way. At least an attenuation level available would be fine.
