Thank you for your suggestion. We will do the feasibility study for the function in order to reflect on the next firmware.

Any updates on this feature? Last response was a year ago.

This is quite probably my biggest request!

As a side note, I'd be happy even if the Sena unit could pass through the ringtone.  The UClear does this.  This allows me to at least set a ringtone for certain people so I can tell who is calling right away.

PLEASE add this feature to your next firmware update! My SMH10 woukd only be perfect with the ability to hear who is calling me.
Please advise, many of your customers do not like answering their calls blindly.

This would be really nice. Any bad text2speech would be better than having no idea about who is calling.

Wow Sena you need to do a feasibilty study to see if it makes sense to have some sort of caller ID?  Really?  I just paid $270 for a Sena 20s that doesn't even let me know who's calling?  I'm controlling a motorcycle at 75mph and I'm supposed to struggle with my phone to see who's calling me, according to you.  I waited 5 months for this to come out and you are going to now do a feasabilty study to see if caller ID, an 80's technology, makes sense.  I'm pretty disappointed.  I tried calling your help desk line to ask if some sort of caller ID is available and after waiting for 5 minutes was told that no agents are available and to leave a message.  WTH?  Please understand that you don't need to spend thousands of dollars and months on your feasabilty study - please listen to the people that have bought your products.

Yeah they are seriously dragging butt on this patch. Ridiculous.

Yes, please add caller ID! I've also sent a service request, and I am disappointed that Sena can't make some sort of caller ID spoken over the intercom. My 12 year old Motorola car kit can announce who is calling. I don't necessarily need the Sena unit to hold my entire phonebook, as does my eight year old Parrott bluetooth car kit, but I really think that caller ID should be included!

I agree with Reid. It is a real shame that this feature is lacking on my 20S. My eBay motorcycle bluetooth kit is able to pass through the ringtone so I am at least able to distinguish caller by their customised ringtone. These cheap intercoms cost $80 for a pair and have this ability (plus they have far longer and consistent range!).

Perhaps Sena could do a feasibility study on the impact of bad publicity as more people vent on youtube about the lack of some basic features.

I agree.  caller ID announcement would be a great help.

I would love this even if it was just the phone number that it announces

I agree.  Just installed firmware for 5.1.1 lat night and STILL no luck with this which just blows my mind - every other bluetooth device does this.  Please make this  a priority, my phone is a Samsung and runs on an Android platform.

Has Sena completely ghosted us on this one? How many years now?

Hello?  Sena?  Are you there?  You stated you were doing a "feasibility study" in 2012 on this one.  We are waiting.  Impatiently.

How hard is it to announce the name of the caller in the headset?  The information is already coming from the phone.  The name of the sender for SMS messages works.

    Step up, please.
