When connected to a computer via USB cable it would be nice if I could read the microSD card in the camera. This would be great when I go to places where I don't have a card reader or adapter for the microSD card.

Sena This is currently possible with the 10C. You can plug the 10C into the computer using the supplied micro-USB cable, turn the headset on, then tap the Camera Button once to turn the camera on. The micro-SD card can then be accessed directly on the computer.

Chad Bjornberg Why is there a max capacity for the microSD? I tried a 128gb and alas it didn't work. Also is there a recommended brand of microSD that works well with the 10c model?

Chad Bjornberg Also, when I connect my 10c to a computer to update the firmware, using the cable supplied in the original packaging, I get a notification saying that the USB device was unmounted improperly (no I didn't pull the cord out, see attached screenshot). I have tried this on my laptop (screenshot appended for laptop specs and OS installed) as well as tried to update the 10c on a windows computer using windows 10. Both render the same error message. I would like this product to work for me, but also have no problem taking it back if it is not functioning properly.
