Auto volume adjustment based on noise level

I`ve got sena 20s and dissapointed lack of automatic volume level like AGC system on ScalaRider. Do You plan to make this feature?

Different bikes, devices, and applications are going to output different levels of sounds and volumes.

There is only one way to adjust volume on the 20s.
You can easily adjust the volume by rotating the Jog Dial. You will hear
a beep when the volume reaches the maximum or minimum level. The
volume is set and maintained independently at different levels for
each audio source even when you reboot the headset. For example,
once you set the volume for mobile phone handsfree, it will not change
even if you adjust the volume for your Bluetooth MP3 music. However,
if you adjust the volume during stand-by mode, it will affect volume
levels of every audio source.

Other than this you can enable AUDIO BOOST and Noise Control from the configuration menu settings.

We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll use your valuable feedback to evaluate the kinds of issues with the devices and wants our consumers want in the products especially with more volume.

It would be wonderful if I can set up the volume independently at different levels for
each audio source even when I reboot the headset as a base level and software can increase this level based on the amount of ambient noise.

Is it so difficult to change software to make it possible?

Please also submit your feature request on the forum to help build on what consumers & community want in future products to add, such as a wish list.
Unfortunately, at our dept. we can not just make this changes for you. The manufacturer and it's engineering dept. will be the ones that need to research this market to make these features available.

A new feature called Smart Volume Control has been added to the 20S in the v1.5 firmware. Smart Volume Control automatically changes the level of the speaker volume based on the level of the environmental noise. Please update the firmware on your 20S and refer to the User's Guide on the Sena website to use this new feature.
