    Hi Ken,

There is a new section in the 1.2 manual for AUDIO BOOST.  It looks like its a menu option, so the iPhone and Android Apps probably need to be updated and in the app stores before the 1.2 firmware is made available.

    Comparing the old manual:

    The following appear new:

     - Eight-way Intercom.  Not sure what this is all about.  Manual only briefly mentions.  What exactly does it do?  What improvements can a 4-user intercom group expect?

     - Noise Control.  The lack of motorcycle and/or wind noise is one of the wonderful features of the 20S.  Its uncanny how quiet the 20S intercom is.  So why would they want to give the option of turning the noise control off?  Is there a problem with it that we can expect to be better with it off?

     - Navigation App Support.  Must be some kind of smartphone navigation app thing.

     - Audio Boost.  I imagine that there must be 2 levels of audio now; one for normal and one for boosted for people that ride with ear plugs.

The new manual does a poor job (in my opinion) explaining things (as did the original manual).  I guess they do that to keep the manual small-sized

For instance, there are 10 Case Studies.  Would be really nice if they'd explain why each would be used and what the advantages and drawbacks for each.

Case study #2 and #3, for instance do not mention that the GPS will take top priority and intercom is impossible if the GPS is giving directions or alerts.

Case study #4 doesn't give a reason for its  usage over 1, 2, or 3;  and doesn't mention that audio from the GPS will be monaural and will sound  horrible.

Ken, I noticed in the Smartphone app, there were "i" icons that gave tips on what each feature was. I assumed this was in the manual.

    • Headset battery meter for iPhone  ????

How and where do we find this? My iPhone app has no such feature.

The battery meter for the 20S is on the top portion of the iPhone between the Bluetooth symbol and the iPhone's own battery meter.

The instructions to activate the ambient mode is also wrong in the version 1.3.1. Double tag the unit and press ambient button? If you follow that steps it will always tell you "Cancel" How to activate ambient mode? My god!
