I am getting speaker feedback in my 20S when ever I talk into the microphone
When speaking to a paired 20S Bluetooth module, I am hearing my own voice in my helmet speaker. I purchased this set of 20S Bluetooth modules less than 60 days ago, and the pairing setup from the factory was working great. On a recent trip, I started hearing my own voice and my partner is hearing my voice twice. I tried to do a factory reset but this did not work. Is my module defective? Thanks

Make sure sidetone is turned off if you do not wish to hear your own voice.

I went to the 20S Configuration Setting process 5 times, rotating the Jog Dial to Sidetone, and taping the Jog dial one time to Disable, Received the confirmation that it was disabled and then went to Exit Configuration and hit the phone button. But the Sidetone will not disable, apparently, because I am still hearing my own voice. I even tried (twice) to first enable Sidetone with the phone button tap, and exited and repeated the process to disable by taping the jog button. No Change. I went through the Configuration Setting and disable Sidetone with the paired 20S, and that had no effect, either. Any more ideas? Thanks.

I remember having a similar problem with my SMH 10 awhile back. I did a fault reset and it fixed the problem. Have you tried that? That is where you stick a paperclip in the hole in the back of the 20s. Turn the unit on, push the pin in for a second and the unit will shut off. Restart. Also you may want to check the settings with the app or use the bluetooth device manager to make sure it is off once you've done that. I'm out of ideas beyond what you have done and what I have suggested. Call the help desk or email them if nothing else works. They are pretty good about getting a replacement if necessary.

Is there a phone app for android? This Sidetone effect is occuring in an environment where I am also paired with a Garmin 390LM and with my Samsung S5 phone. I partner's 20S is on Intercom only. After many failed attempts with Sena support guiding my efforts, I was issued an RMA to return my Dual Pack. Waiting for replacement Dual Pack.
