I was having problems with the volume control and was also getting an intercom not found message while riding. I think i have solved the volume problem via a hard reset, but after riding today i notice when i move my head a certain way i would get a message "intercom not found" in my ear. i thought there was something wrong with device, but now i think that the bottom button is hitting the stiff collar of my riding jacket causing the device to say that message. Is there a way to change reprogram the button to not be so sensitive or deactivate it while riding?
