microphones not working
Has anyone else had issues with the mic not working. Installed my 20s and both mics doing nothing

I have the same problem, but Sena never give an answer here in the forums. So frustrating that big investment, don't work and Sena don't answer

Same issue here, 20S Dual bought to replace 5 year old WORKING Scala G9 set...per included instructions updated to firmware 1.7, installed with wired mic.. nothing.. other functions seem to work, but no mic. Tried all 6 included mics, wired and boom.
Sent Sena Tech a message ....now we wait to see if they can fix this or they go back to the store and a new Scala G9x purchased0 -

Same problem. I bought the helmet kit and the two boom mics work but the one wired mic does not. Of course, that is the one I want to use. I submitted a ticket. Does anyone know if there is a fix or do the mics need to be replaced?

Bought a pair of 20s and the microphones "work", but at ricidulously low volumes, i.e. unusable (because if I turn the volume so high up that I can actually hear the other person speaking on the intercom, then the "Intercom is now active" beep will hurt my ears; also, it is impossible to make phone calls via Bluetooth since my interlocutor almost cannot hear me).
