bluetooth music cutting in and out and phone call quality is terrible.

    Michael: Make sure the firmware on the 20S has been updated to the latest version which is v1.6. Then, remove the 20S from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. Next. perform a Factory Reset on the 20S, refer to the User's Guide available on sena.com for instructions, then re-pair it back to your phone by placing the 20S into Mobile Phone Pairing mode. Finally, have the antenna in the upright position as that will help with the connection between the 20S and the phone.
