according to instruction device manager should precaution ( for mac use ) it did not.

also it doesn't bring up screen offering me to pick device.

it does not recognise my 20s duals

  My SMH-5FM is not listed in the new device manager software. Can I download an older version of the Device manager?

  Hi Billhuffmansr, if you do not see your model in the device manager it's lumped in "Other Sena products: Power it on"

  @Billhuffmansr: What djj said is correct. The SMH5-FM would be considered as "Other" so all you need to do is power it on and hit the Next button.
