Which way does the microphone face?
I have both a 50S and a couple of SF-4 units which I use for my trike tour business. Does anyone know which direction does the fin on the microphone face? Towards the speakers lips or away from the speakers lips? Is it the same for both models, the 50S and the SF-4?
I've search the manuals for both models and I can't find any reference to the microphone direction. If it's in either of the manuals then please point me in the right direction. Otherwise sena it might be an idea to include it in your next manual revision don't you think?

If our microphone has a small tab on it, that faces away from your lips.

Hey Mohrceleste
That funny because the previous post from Sena Support (Official Comment) say the exact opposite. Should I believe them or you?

The microphone on both the Sena 50S and SF-4 units should face towards the speaker’s lips, as this positioning helps capture your voice clearly. If the microphone is facing away, the sound may be muffled, similar to how a poorly placed microphone on a fast food menu board can make it hard for customers to hear their order. Unfortunately, the manuals don’t explicitly mention this detail, so it might be worth suggesting to Sena that they include this information in future updates for clarity.
