    Hello,

here is the firmware for V1.0.3. Please see if the issue is replicated. You can download the file from this link: Firmware V1.2.1

    To restore the firmware:

    1. Open Sena Device Manager and connect your device to the computer via a USB Power & Data Cable.
    2. Once Sena Device Manager recognizes your device, click on "browse" and select the older firmware file that was downloaded.
    3. Then click on "update" and wait for the process to finish.
    4. Once it finishes restoring to the old firmware, your device should be loaded with the selected firmware.

Note: Please click on "No" to not update your firmware to the latest version.

    Thank you.

    Hi

I was searching for the same answer for SENA SPIDER ST1 and RT1. Maximum volume after upgrade few days ago is one third of maximum before upgrade

But I have one more problem. After firmware upgrade, can't t trigger the microphone to open the line to other helmets. Before we used to speak normal and the line would open. Now not any more. Every time the first thing all of us four say needs to be loud as hell to open the line and then I can continue to speak normal

We have 4 headsets. Two ST1 and two RT1 and on all of the after upgrade to 1.2.2 we have the same problem

Please provide a downgrade for SENA RT1 as well. Thank you

First, verify that the audio settings on your Spider ST1 are configured correctly. Look for any volume controls, equalizer settings, or audio presets that may have been adjusted during the firmware update. Ensure that the volume is set to the maximum level and that there are no additional settings impacting the audio output for psl live streaming.

Review the release notes or changelog for the firmware top follow update to see if there were any intentional changes to the volume settings or audio output levels. Manufacturers sometimes adjust settings or parameters in firmware updates for various reasons.

Thanks Alex, I downgraded to 1.0.3 as suggested. It's definitely fixed my audio level issues. But I think I am missing some of the improvements of the later firmwares. I might have to just go one version behind. One of the other things that stopped working in the later firmwares that I missed was the fact you could not talk to a voice assistant such as Siri if you were on a mesh connection. If you pressed the phone button to activate on the Sena it would pop up and then disappear immediately. This is now back to working for me since the downgrade so it seems maybe the firmwares are taking away the good features over time?

After the firmware update, review the settings on your Friday Night Funkin bike's display or control panel to ensure that the volume settings have not been inadvertently adjusted or reset.

I am experiencing the same low volume issue after firmware update. The link above to V1.03 doesn't work anymore. Where can I get ST1 Firmware V1.03?

Solved the problem. Downgraded to 1.0.3 and all works perfect like a charm :)
