Sena S50 sound

Why does my Sena S50 sound like a radio from wish.? Bad bass, bad adjustments. Issue keep on coming, with speakers, paring - sharing sound goes like its on bade wifi. (S50) Can’t adjust so it’s just nearly okay. I try with or without app adjust and update doesn't help.

  Same. It's just awful. I've raised so many cases with them and never heard anything back. Trying a new account now to see if that makes a difference.
