I will never again purchase a sena anything!!

i have a pair of 20s units and the plastic rear latch on the control unit on one of the units broke. It is a design flaw as sena has changed from plastic to metal for the latch. All i get from the help desk is no help. I do not have the receipt any more which i understand but we are talking about a design flaw that they are aware of and have changed the design. I now have a 500 dollar set of paper weights.

  Well brian it could be worse.  I paid $1,000 total for the Shoei Neo 2 helmet and the SRL and the SRL is garbage!! No one can hear you while you make a phone call and the sound coming from the other end (as well as Siri) is so distorted is actually hurts your ears.

  Now I have an expensive helmet with zero communication options.

  Yep - exactly the same feeling here.  Terrible product, even worse customer service.  Ripped off good and proper
