Intercom SRL, problems after upgrading to version 1.0.3
Hello. I solved the problem with changing the volume with the hard reset of the set. There is another problem after switching to firmware version 1.0.3: Multitasting does not work, FM radio does not hold programmed frequency after switching on. You have to hold the middle button for one second and the next preset station will jump. The same problem after receiving the instructions from the GPS TOMTOM RIDER410. The firmware version 1.0.2 was ok. I reported this problem to SENA customer service.

What volume issue were you having.. I am unable to differenciate Mesh network commuication and music . for some reason the sliders do not work.. was that the issue you were having?

Same problem here.
Connected the SRL to the Freecom 2 : we can hear each other on the intercom function but no sound from my phone... so no GPS etc...How have you solved the problem? I'm trying to downgrade to 1.0.2

Hello. I had a big problem with the intercom itself. He was replaced by the service for a new one. For now, he's working on firmware version 1.0.1. I saw that Sena released 2 versions of the update manager in a short time. Maybe there was a problem here? I do not know. My art evidently worked badly after updating 1.0.3 or maybe it's just a coincidence. Restoring and uploading earlier versions did not give anything. After testing for now on version 1.0.1 and what will happen, I will wait for 1.0.4. Greetings Marcin

Have you installed the Sena utility smartphone app? In the settings, check the "Audio Overlay Volume Menagment" function, maybe something will change.

Thanks for your answer.
I have downgraded my SRL to the 1.0.2 firmware with the SENA Windows application.If anyone needs to do it : just download the firmware from the SENA website and downgrade with the Windows or Mac software.
Since that, everything works good as expected, I can hear the intercom + my phone sound.
I will wait the 1.0.4 before upgrading...0 -

Hi, have you tried factory reset on your SRL after upgrading it, and also erase/delete Bluetooth pairing info on your paired smartphone and GPS navi?
If you haven't, those problem you mentioned as above might occur.

I have the same issue, I've done full resets on both helmets. At first, an initiated intercom with my smh10r worked, but initiating from the SRL didnt. Did a reset on both helmets and now I can't pair at all. This is the most frustrating product I own, wish I would have waited on the SRL.... But how do I get it to work!!!!!
