So doing more reading it sounds like I need either and SR10 which is a pain or potentially I should have bought a 20S or 20S EVO with a dual a2dp support. Hopefully someone can confirm but does seem like Sena's info is pretty rubbish if its this hard to work out what works.

At the moment, I think that is the case, I have the same issue when I talk to a 20S on my 30S, I can't listen to music or use my GPS.   I'd like to do BT from 30K to 30K, but then again , I cant listen to the radio.

None of this makes seance, cause I can listen to my phone and separate GPS, so that is 2 channels of BT.

I'm a little frustrated at the 30K, I really think they screwed the pooch with it.

They did promise they were looking into a firmware update that could somehow fix this, but I do not have hope in Sena's dev team.

My frustration levels with the support so far is getting pretty high, I'm pretty sure I would get a answer from a chicken easier :)

I've so far we have confirmed unless I plug the phone in I can't do what I want, thats fine but the solutions I've suggested have been meet with a number of answers on priority order and not being able to change those.
I have replied a number of times stating I do actually understand the priority order but asking for them to confirm if 2 potential options would work, both require me to buy another device so I want to be sure I'm doing the right things before I do.

Hopefully one of you will actually have experience with those option and might give me a straight answer, all I can think is they are no willing to give me a Yes or No incase they get something wrong.

    Option A

My 30k headset paired to my phone, then an SR10 paired to the headset as either multipoint/media/GPS pairing, if I'm playing music on the 30k from my phone and a signal is broadcasted from the SR10 will that interrupt the music and then after that signal finishes the music will resume?
This option the select multipoint/media/GPS is higher priority than the music from the phone so in theory would interrupt and then the music will resume.

    Option B

Buy a 20S EVO which has two dual bluetooth chips, in this case I can pair my phone to the 20S EVO and then the SM10 also to the 20S EVO as it does support dual mode, if these 2 bluetooth devices are paired to the 20S EVO then according to the priority list a signal from the SM10 that is paired in multipoint/media/GPS will have a higher priority than the music from the phone and should interrupt the music and then when that signal stops the music should resume.

I have edited out the conversation I had about going in circles etc but if they can't give me an answer beyond "priority order lists" I may post it up so you can enjoy some of the most difficult support I've even fought my way through.

I think your best bet is get a 20S, or get rid of them entirely and go with another brand.  The only thing that the 30K seems to have is the Mesh, if you have 20's and 10's, I would just stick with a 20, cause the 30K is a step down.

thats all I can help you, I can't answer A, cause I do not know..  good luck dude.

Who cares if the 30k supports Mesh Networking if you loose so much functionality. The 30K is one step forward and 3 steps backwards compared to the 20S.
