Hi,  It is ridiculous that Sena have not provided a signed driver for their software!  Nor have they bothered to provide a work around.

There are a number of ways to have Windows 10 install an unsigned driver (some are only temporary i.e. until you reboot your PC)  They are explained in the link below:

    https://www.maketecheasier.com/install-unsigned-drivers-windows10/

My suggestion is try out the first solution (which is what I did) and check which software version is on your SMH10. I have 5.1.1 and it works fine so I'm not going to do any more upgrades.   Upgrades from a company who's support doesn't provide a signed driver might be questionable, Better the devil you know...

Can Sena comment on this? The driver is still un-signed, and there's no way I'm installing it on my machine. Sena charges $200+ for their devices, it's unthinkable that they can't get their device driver's signed...

Windows 10 64-bit - same issue.  Found out about this on advriders.com.  SHAME ON YOU, Sena!

People need to keep this topic, and other like it, on top of the list by continuing to reply until Sena addresses this matter.

For what it's worth, I took Steve Bullard's advice and was able to install the UNSIGNED drivers.  It's still pathetic that Sena ignores the issue AND ignores this thread.  At least my Senas are working now, but when they die ... I'll remember Sena's lack of support.

Yeah I know. But the whole point of signing drivers is so a third party verifies that they're what they say they are and from whom they say they're from.

I have a CarX Street mod that I want to install, but it requires unsigned Sena Device Manager drivers. I'm running Windows 10, and I can't figure out how to install them. I've tried disabling driver signature enforcement, but that didn't work. Any ideas?

I'm trying to set up a modded APK for Car Parking Multiplayer on my Windows 10 system. However, I hit a roadblock because it demands the Sena Device Manager drivers, which aren't signed. I took a shot at turning off the driver signature enforcement, but no dice. Got any suggestions?

It is disgraceful that 5 years later Sena has still not addressed there problem or even responded to our requests.  The Wndows 10 work around (see link above) worked for me. I chose not to do any more upgrades

Since then the Sena microphone stalk broke off where it attaches to the unit.  I solved all my Sena problems and frustrations by purchasing a Cardo unit which has worked fine to date.  Sena does not deserve our money.

I possess a Stumble Guys iOS application that I aim to set up, yet it necessitates Sena Device Manager drivers that lack the required signature. My operating system is Windows 10, and I'm encountering difficulties installing these drivers. I attempted to deactivate driver signature enforcement, but to no avail. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

If you're facing issues installing unsigned drivers on Windows 10, it's likely due to the operating system's driver signature enforcement feature. Windows 10, by default, requires that all drivers be digitally signed to ensure they come from a reliable source. However, there are ways to disable this enforcement promotional items temporarily. Keep in mind that doing so might expose your system to potential security risks, as unsigned drivers could be less trustworthy.

I feel your frustration. To tackle the UNSIGNED driver issue on Windows 10, try this workaround: Disable driver signature enforcement temporarily. Restart your PC, press Shift while clicking "Restart" to access the Advanced Startup Options. Then choose "Troubleshoot," "Advanced options," and "Startup Settings." Finally, select "Disable driver signature enforcement" (option 7 or F7). This should let you install the Sena drivers. It's an extra step, but it might solve the problem. Good luck!

I completely understand your frustration, and it's incredibly frustrating to encounter issues like these, especially when trying to use a device that's supposed to enhance your experience, not complicate it. It's disappointing that Sena didn't provide clearer instructions or make these issues more apparent to users.

Dealing with unsigned drivers can indeed be a headache, and it's frustrating that Windows 10 won't accept them. It's understandable to expect a reputable company like Sena to ensure that their drivers are compatible and properly signed to avoid such issues.

It's unfortunate that the burden falls on users to figure out workarounds, and not everyone has the technical know-how to do so. Companies should prioritize user experience and ensure that their products work seamlessly with commonly used operating systems like Windows 10.

Hopefully, Sena takes note of these issues and works to address them in future updates or releases. In the meantime, if you ever need assistance with troubleshooting or finding workarounds, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help each other navigate through these frustrating situations.

It's frustrating that Sena's application isn't upfront about the USB Checker tool and the driver issues. Have you tried contacting their support for assistance with the unsigned drivers problem? They might have a workaround or a solution for you.
