SENA SRL : Use SIRI (iOS)
Dear all,
My SRL is linked to my iPhone X (running iOS 11.4).
I was wondering if I could use SIRI with the SRL.
The Sena support told me to push the middle button for 3' but when I did nothing happens.
In my iPhone, SIRI is activated even with the screen locked.
Anyone can help me?

Welcome to the frustrating world of SRL/Sena support.
I had the same problem with my SRL...the microphone would not work when I tried to use the phone (or Siri) plus the sound was so distorted I could not understand anyone I called.
I tried every combination possible with factory resets, fault resets, unpairing/repairing...you name it.
In the end I sent the SRL back to the place from where I purchased (Motocard). They were great and sent me a new unit in a couple of days. I tested the unit (not installed in my helmet) and the phone seems to work.
It is worth noting that the first SRL unit I received needed the firmware upgraded to 1.0.3 - the replacement unit was already installed with the newest firmware so I suspect it was a newer unit that had fixed the phone flaws. I will road test this weekend and hopefully it works.

My microphone works but I don't know how to use SIRI using the intercom while my phone is in my pocket.
I also bought my SRL from Motocard in Andorra.
To get the multitask i downgraded from 1.0.3 to 1.0.2.
I wait for the 1.0.4But do you know how to use SIRI from the SRL? without touching my phone? 3' on the middle button don't work

I can get Siri by pushing the middle button for 3 seconds. It's tricky because the buttons on the SRL are difficult to tell if you have them pushed all the way.
I have ridden with my new SRL for about 15 hours now and so far it works. If you keep having problems I suggest you send it back to Motocard as they quickly got me a new one to the USA within a week.
