Change order of "Intercom Friend" list in app and on device
There should be a way to change the order of the "Intercom Friends" in both the Sena app and the device. This would make it easier to set the #1 "intercom friend" and connect with a single push.

There is on the Sena app! Go to pairing list, click the box with the edit pen on the upper right corner of the page. From here you can delete or move pairings around. On the far right side of the pairing list you should see three dashed lines adjacent to each pairing. Press and hold then drag your selected pairing up or down the list and it will place it in whatever order you want it. If a pairing is in space 4 you can drag it to space one and the other pairings will drop down in order.

Once that is done then select save to headset on the bottom of the screen. Done!

Thanks Ken I'll try it. The lady I spoke to on the phone said it couldn't be done. I need to re-pair with some friends to try it out.

What Sena app is that? There are many and none say they work for Sena SMH10.

Hi Pippen - The sena smartphone app allows control of the settings and saved intercom pairings on many of the Sena headsets. Unfortunately the SMH10 uses a bluetooth version that does not allow such control. These are the units that work with the smartphone app:
*Note: The Sena Smartphone App only works with the Sena 20S, Boom Audio 20S, 10S, 10C, 10C Pro, 10C EVO, 10U, 10Upad, 10R, Cavalry, Cavalry Lite, Momentum, Momentum Pro, Momentum INC, Momentum INC Pro, Momentum Lite, Savage, SRL, SRL2, Tufftalk Lite, Tufftalk M, X-COM2, and Tufftalk.
I believe the Sena Ride connect app works with the SMH10 as it does not rely on bluetooth but that is only for connecting to other sena units. It uses a cellphone data connection so you could potentially connect with sena devices anywhere. Both sena units would have to have this app installed for this type of connection to work. I've tried it but there is often a delay or poor connection when the data connection is weak. Hope that answers your question.
