Is there anyway to decrease the sensitivity of the build in mic?  It picks up so much wind noise 30mps+  I cant hear anything else on the recordings.

I cant install the external mic since im using a half helm and I really dont what cables showing.

  I'm also looking for a fix for this. All I get is the worst wind noise. I've seen video with clear sound during motovlogging but they are using the external mike and I also don't want to use the external microphone.
