Iphone update to 12.2 locks out RideConnected App!!
I have two units, a 20S EVO and SRL. Riders in our group have 20s, 20s EVO and SRL units. All units were working fine using both Bluetooth and RideConnected modes of communication. This week Apple launched its iPhone 12.2 upgrade which prevents the RideConnected App from advancing past the sign in screen. Can you advise when SENA firmware engineers will be rolling out an update to the SENA RideConnected App to address this problem?

We're having the same problem with an iPhone 10XR & 7 that are both at 12.2 iOS and it says unable to connect to server. I submitted a ticket last Saturday & they responded to it verifying Android phone connectivity was fine, but were able to confirm/duplicate the iPhone issue. Still waiting on a fix. My Android is in fact still working fine. But 2 of my friend's iPhones cannot open the app now
