I recently purchased an Cavalry half helmet. I was not able to pair my Ipod classic with the helmet using the instructions in the manual. I sent in a ticket to the support line. All I got from them were emails asking if everything was ok and a link to the FAQ page. I did not ask for the FAQ's. I asked for help pairing the helmet. After waiting for some assistance, I was able to pair the Ipod and helmet on my own. After responding that I was able to pair them. I was sent a message from support agent #06 asking me how I was able to pair them. I think Sena support should pay me $75.00 for the 2 hours I spent figuring out how to pair the unit on my own. At that time I might just share the steps I took.
