Can I pair to two phones and a GPS?
I have downloaded and read the manuals for the 10S and 30K but cannot work out if I can pair the headset to two phones AND also a GPS device. I get the impression that it's only two devices, the second being a phone or a GPS but I am unsure. I'd like to know before splurging on either.
Grateful for any advice or pointers to other headsets that can do this.

Hi Christopher. It depends on how you want to use both phones and the GPS but the simplest way to get all 3 connected is that you pair 1 of the phones to the GPS, pair the GPS to the headset and then pair the 2nd phone to the headset.

If GPS is Tomtom, and phone is paired to it... What can You do with that pairing?

You can use the GPS to hear directions / music and use it make and answer phone calls. Also, with the phone paired to the GPS you can see who is calling with Caller ID and hear text messages.

OK. But with TT, You can't make/answer to calls.

You can with the TomTom 550. You can answer calls using the screen and make calls using Siri / Google.

Yes, with the phone which is connected both GPS and headset.
I'm wondering, why the other phone is connected to GPS only, if that is TT?

One phone would be paired to only to the GPS. The second phone would be paired to the headset. So that it would be setup like this:
Headset <--> GPS (Mobile Phone Pairing or GPS Pairing) <-- Phone #1
- GPS directions
- Answer / make phone calls
Headset <-- Phone #2 (Second Mobile Phone Pairing)
- Listen to streaming music

OK, I got that, how You want to pair them.
But, I have TT GPS.
You can't make any calls through TT. It has to be paired both GPS and headset.
With configuration, You're suggesting, phone, which is paired to a headset, can be used for calls, but You can't answer/see it from GPS (if TT).
Phone which is paired to GPS (if TT), will display txt and incoming call, and You can "answer" to calls, but You can't hear them.
That's why I'm wondering, what's the benefit of pairing other phone through GPS (if TT).

Since it wasn't mentioned, what model of TomTom do you have?

550.
TT is well known of it's limitations.
Garmin should work in a way You described.

The phone doesn't have to be paired to both the GPS and the headset. The only advantage of doing that is to use the controls on the headset to answer the call or you can answer it on the GPS as shown on the video.

To make phone calls, you must first connect your headset and connect your phone to your TomTom Rider.
Believe me, You can't make calls through TT.

You can make calls and receive incoming calls using your TomTom Rider in conjunction with your
headset or phone.Same page.
Quite clearly said, You need them both.

Once more, from page 2.
Pairing method 2
If you pair your smartphone to your headset and then your TomTom Rider to your phone, you can
use the following features:
Data for traffic and other services.
Smartphone notifications.
Caller ID.
Pick up and make calls through your headset with higher call quality. With pairing 1, You'll get txt and call notification, as I wrote earlier.

Thank you for providing that information as we are incorrect on this matter. Other motorcycle GPS devices from other manufactures allow you to make calls directly on the GPS if a phone is paired to it. When a headset is paired to the GPS at the same time then all of the audio from the phone can be heard on the headset and the microphone on the headset can be used to talk to other through the phone.
We can verify that if the headset is paired to the TomTom and the phone is paired to the TomTom at the same time as indicated on the User's Guide then a phone icon appears on the bottom right of the GPS. When you press the phone icon then you are prompted by Siri / Google (if selected as the default app) on the phone to provide a command which can be used to make a phone call. However, the TomTom MyDrive app needs to be open for this to occur. Secondly, you can see text messages on the GPS screen when the phone is paired to the GPS. The MyDrive app doesn't need to be opened for this. In addition, you can see who is calling on the GPS screen but you're not able to accept it on the screen. That has to be done on the phone directly or on the headset.
