I had a very similar problem, and I can 't get my Camera on the 10c Evo to work reliably at all. Some journey's are partially recorded, or not at all, despite the camera announcing it is recording. When I had your issue it was only once, I recently upgraded the firmware, did a factory reset and I haven't had that issue repeated.

So I can't really help with your problem other than sympathise!

Thanks a lot for your answer.

I could return my 10C, it was still on time to do it, so I´ll try the new one.

    Hopefully it will work!!!

I am having the exact same problem. I tried to update firmware from 1.1 to 1.2 and it will fail during the process at 28%. The error message says to check SD card. Now, when I turn on the camera it will turn off with a second or two. A factory reset and default reset will do nothing. Have tried several SD cards and a new one. The camera will not recognize an SD card. None of the camera function buttons work, like formatting card. I am also unable to connect to the camera app. I contacted Sena Customer Service and they will be sending me out a new unit. The software is the issue...

    Exactly the same problem!

I think with the new one I won't upgrade it.

Anyway, is there any way to contact Sena directly?
