10S loses audio after 5 seconds
I have a 10s paired with my 2018 Honda Goldwing. After the headset pairs with the bike I lose audio after about 5 seconds. It just cuts out. The indication on the bike shows that the Sena is still paired. I have updated the firmware. Suggestions?

Maybe factory reset of the sena 10s, turn off BT on the phone, delete connection from the list on the phone and on the Honda main unit. and then try to connect again.
