Update my 50S to firmware 1.0.4 and charged my unit overnight using the wifi adaptor. Checked it first thing this morning using the App and it only shows 75%.

Alan Koenig Yup. Noticing the same problem. Except mine only says 60%.
I keep wondering why I buy Sena products and not something else.
I have had nothing but problems with the 20s evo, the 10s before that and now the 50s.

Robert Morris Ok I did a factory reset and a fault reset and now it will only charge to 56%

Alan Koenig OK. I found a fix, sort of. I turn on my phone and bluetooth and connect the sena device to my phone via bluetooth, as usual. I dont have it connected to helmet, however.
I notice the android app says 60% or etc. I plug the sena into the charger, turning it off and on and again and again. Eventually, the proper charge percentage shows up and all is well.
For now.
Sena, if you're listening. Its time to start focusing on quality of your products before shipping them out.

Robert Morris Just got walked through this process:
Factory reset
Next unpair from my phone (forget from Bluetooth list)
Reboot IPhone
Pair it back to my phoneI am now up to 78%
I was told to put it back on the charger for 2.5 hours and look again.
If that does not work check back with the case number they gave me.
I let it charge over night and now I am at 97%.
