Firmware Update Stop at 9%

Hello,
Yesterday I received my LS2 Linkin Ride Pal 3 which is really a Sena product.
I have installed device manager 4.1.1 and when I connect the intercom it recognizes it as an SMH10 v3.0.
He asks me if I want to update it to version 5.1.2, I accept and it begins to update but it stops at 9%.
I have waited four hours and it does not advance.
what is the problem?
I have tried on two different computers one with windows 10 and the other with windows 7 with the same result.

  did you download the device manager from the LS2 website?

  I have encoutered the exact same problem. I have dld the device manager from LS2. But the the firmware update SMH-10 to

  to version 5.1.2

  stalls at 9%.

  Several attemps on different computers were fruitless.
