Cant adjiust volume on Triumph for SRL2

Hi,

Got a brand new Tiger 900 GT Pro and connected SRL2 to the bike. Everything seems to work but the volume adjustment on the bike. It works on the SRL2. Any suggestions whats wrong?

 

I have the latest firmvare.

  I've got the exact same issue, Just upgraded my Street Tripple with the My Triumph connectivity module and have the SRL2 and everything works updated the SENA firmware to the latest version v1.0.6  Disabled Audio Multitasking as I read in another post for a different device that was the issue but I still can't get the volume adjustment to work. Mute on-off works just unable to increase or decrease the volume on the bike. Does anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it?

  I also have this exact same issue but with a Trident and SRL2.  Would really appreciate anyone who knows how to fix this and/or Sena addressing via a firmware update.

  I have the SRL2 and am using it with BMW R1250RS, and when the headset is working, and am listening to music from my phone, I've found that pressing the + button many times will finally raise the volume. This doesn't seem to work when listening to FM radio, though.

  Of late though, my SRL2 will turn on, but will not turn off, won't accept phone calls, and I can't listen to music on it.
