10s won't reconnect to Carplay after intercom call.

    Is your phone actively connected to your 10s?  If so you may try disconnecting it before plugging into your CarPlay unit on your bike.  I suspect there may be some confusion going on with the 10s being connected with both the bike and the phone.

    Negative. Bluetooth is selected off on my phone. My Sena is connected to my bike via bluetooth and my phone is plugged into the bike through the Car Play cable. My phone is not connected to my Sena.

    Ok.  No other suggestions then

    Try factory reset on sena device and then be close to Honda and turn it on while honda is looking for a BT connection. I have done it this way with a success pairing my SENA SRL MESH to NT1100.
