Hi Hubert.  For intercom pairing between the two hold the jog dial down on each unit for approx 5 seconds.  You should hear "intercom pairing" through the speakers.  Release the button and both units should be making a deadle-dee sound through the speakers. Once that is done then tap the jog dial once on either unit - NOT BOTH OF THEM. Give it a few seconds and both of them should pair up.

Thank you for your answer. But i think we already did this. The Bluetooth pairing works. But after that we cant start a conversation using the Buttons on the Jog -Dial. We have to use the Smartphone App to start the conversation.

Nevertheless we will try it again.

Until this, are there anymore notes?

If in fact both units are paired, then a single tap of the jog dial will both connect and disconnect the intercom session.  This pairing should remain remain even if both units are turned off.

Hello. I've used both, and although I own the 50s due to most other riders I often travel with all using the 50s, I'd not hesitate to buy the Cardo again over the Sena. Both work very well, especially when using mesh mode across multiple headsets.

To resolve your Sena communication issue, ensure both devices are fully charged and check Bluetooth settings. If using the app works but buttons fail, it may be a firmware glitch—similar to guessing the right letter in the Wordle Game. Try resetting the devices or updating the app. If problems persist, reach out to Sena support for specific troubleshooting.

It sounds like you’re having trouble with your Sena devices connecting properly. Have you tried using the Sena App to initiate the connection? Sometimes it needs that extra nudge, just like in the Slope Game where timing is crucial! If the manual isn't helping, consider reaching out to Sena's customer support or checking forums for other users' solutions. Don't give up; there’s a workaround out there!
