trouble shooting paring sena sc2 with phone

i buy a schuberth C5 with Sena SC2 and having problems paring with cell phone.

 

I try to do the follow steps:

1. paring like the manual saying following the steps and it says intercom conection but it not apears on my bluetooth;

2. i have a samsung S21 and try to paring with last model Iphone, and the same thing;

3. i update the firmware, and the same thing.

 

Any help...i am considering to return the intercom

  I have the same problem. Somehow I was able to acess menu options and pair my phone but everytime I power off it resets to factory settings. Clearly the instructions dont seem to match the current SC2 or we have defective one's. Hope to hear from Senna

  I have the same problem. My SENA SC5 will not connect to my Iphone 13.
  
  When I follow the manual, nothing happens.

  i solved my problem, need to continuing pressing the button when says intercom paring because after will say menu configuration

  Caro Renato,

  fiz o que disseste, aparece configuraçao do menu mas o celular nao  aparece o bluetooth do SC2. Nunca aparece na verdade. Nunca vi algo tao complicado.

  Hello! Olá!

  I had difficulty to pair but I have solve it, press the button for 10 seconds, will sound menu configuration and then press the + button, check your bluetooth at the phone, than pair.

  Carreguei durante 10 segundos no botão do manual, aos 5 diz pairing, mas não deixem de carregar até chegarem a ouvir menu configuration, depois tem de ser rápidos a carregar no botão + e vai aparecer no bluetooth do telemóvel.
