72% Update Freeze Sena 30K

    To give more context; it freezes at 72% when I use the Sena 30K Updater.

    If I use Sena Bluethooth Device Manager it stalls at 20% saying:

    "Failed to update firmware. Cannot get status[7].

    Any idea what is going on?

    Same problem here.. in the midst of contacting sena support. Still waiting for something useful from them. Anyone who solved it please do update here!

    who found the thread how to fix the cause. I have 2 prices of 30k, one is updated without problems by any program. the second one hangs at 72% and at 20% and writes it is impossible to get the status. Developers help solve the problem .

    Me too. Need a fix. I've tried using 3 different computers. 2 Windows 10 computers and a Macbook Pro. I cannot get any of them to run the update. I have always had issues running updates but never had it completely fail like this.

    I've been stuck with a similar situation for my device. Any help would is appreciated.

    P.S.: Hacks like reset, restore, etc. have been tried and no success yet.

    72% Glitchy POS.

    Also have the same problem. Been ongoing since July. Continued attempts using multiple devices like many others who posted before me. 

    FIX THIS SENA!!!

    At the very least, SENA could reply to this thread to let us know they're working on the issue.

    Same exact problem. Was with customer service chat and they weren't any help. It's just 2 years old 3 weeks ago.

    I have 2 unit Sena 30K. one of the unit finished the update but the other freeze at 72% with 30K updater and stuck at 8% with device manager.

    Please Sena solve the problem.

    Ordered a blinged out CARDO Packtalk EDGE set to replace this garbage. Distribution problems, fine. Supply chain issues, totally understand. Negligence and shit customer service, we're done.

    Never again SENA. Laters.
