Sena 30k and iphone 13 issue

Hello,

I just received new 30k this week. I paired it with my Iphone 13 with no problem. But still I am not able:

1) connect sena 30k utility app with my 30k and  to make set up (I updated firmware to last version 4.0.2)

2) sena does not react for voice commands (Hello Sena,....)

3) by double click on power bottom Siri is opening - what is fine, but I can not for example start FM radio as voice commands doe not work

4) I uploaded sena motorcycle app - this app can connect 30k and do basic set up.

I did several times factory set up, but it does not help.

  Version 4.0.2 tells me that you got one of the newer hardware generation where they stripped off FM radio and voice commands off from anything thats not equivalent to a 50 Series device. the old generation would have used a 3.XX firmware

  So it means that I need to upload 3.XX firmware and it will works, or there is no hardware for radio and voice command? if this is true that radio and voice command is not any more part of 30k, than I will return it, because I bought it for this reason

  That means it wont work since the hardware does not exist. Owners of the old version cannot upgrade to the 4.XX version. Sena did the change silently without a obvious announcement to retailers and without a clear indicator that the new version loses features.
