I used the reset function on both the Sena SMH10 and on My Sony Bluetooth Transmitter - if its the Sony TMR-BT10  :- See the section ref Initializing the Unit Once this has been done I just re=pair...

Thanks for the info I have found since the Firmware upgrade the pairing between items is better so well done   Eddie

3. European Swap out to get the main unit with the latest Firmware update versions

Its now been over 2 months and still no answer on the European swap out - Do you intend to still do it - Or  have we brought Units not fit for purpose - No firmware updates are of any use to us
