Same issue on iPhone 4S, applied the latest firmware updates to both SMH10 and SR10 as of January 2nd, 2012, and the issue persists. :-(

I don't even know anyone with a Windows computer! GAH!!! We are all geeks... Mac and Linux only!  Having to install Windows (not even sure anyone has a Windows installer) on a computer, then instal...
