I think the way they EQ the sound in the 20S to work more toward the built-in speakers. EQ=Equalizer You may be able to tweak the sound by getting an EQ app for your phone.

Blaise, When you're in the zumo 660's Bluetooth menu, make sure to touch the Connect Headset - Add or Change Button. If you tap "Connect Phone" on your zumo this will not work for your SMH10.

Not all GPS with Bluetooth will work. The GPS need to support Bluetooth headsets. Some GPS will only work with Mobile Phones.

Try hitting the reset switch located at the back of the 20S main unit. Look for a tiny hole and use a paper clip and hold the reset for 2 seconds. Then let it charge for 2-3 hours.

Try blowing in to the mic. And make sure that the mic orientation is right.
