Just an update. I managed to go back to firmware 3.0.1 using a different PC and the Sena is functioning again as it should. There seems to be a problem with firmware 3.1.1 ....at least with my Sams...

I have a similar problem with audio. Also - Do you know if you can make/receive calls via the sena now? Mine has become disabled since the 3.1.1 update.

I ended up sending both head units back to Sena and they found one of them was faulty which they replaced. It's all working as it should now. They paid for postage to & from so I wasn't out of pocket.
