Some have reported success using 64gb mSD cards and it may work but it definitely doesn't work for firmware updates. I had to swap in my 32gb and the update to 1.02 went through.

Brandon, If you have an activated Windows 7 copy, just get the media creation tool from Microsoft. I upgraded earlier. It's super easy and automated.

Haha, awesome! Speaking of VMs, I just took a snapshot and upgraded my VM from 8.1 to 10. So far, it's much better without any compatibility issues.

Brandon, Have you tried to format the SD card from the 10C unit itself? Also, have you tried a different computer to do this?
