I have this as an issue. I can tell when I flip my visor up, and I see it, but hear it about 4 seconds later.

And press the camera button for a few seconds... forgot about that. I didn't see any of that in the instructions.

Ok I figured it out. Seem my anti virus software was blocking the accessing of the device. Gotta figure out how to include it as an exception. Never had this trouble on my computer before.
