I tried to connect my 5R Lite which, when turned on during the installation program, was recognised. When trying to connect the program it gave the usual 'Cannot open USB'. It wasn't listed for instructions so left it on. I tried all the usual fixes and decided, as it wasn't listed to try one that was - I turned it off. It connected straight away. It is a relatively new device so perhaps Sena haven't got around to listing it yet.
