SMH10R
Hello,
I am trying to download the driver for my SMH10R. The screen will come on to tell me to hold down the - for 5 seconds. I do this. It recognizes it, and then within 3 seconds it will disconnect and it will bring me back to the screen.
I have also downloaded the device manager and tried to download the driver that way. I reach the point where it tells me there is a new firmware available, would you like to down? I say yes, then the device disconnects again.
I was wondering if this is a malfunction with this device. If you could let me know how to fix this or how to get the driver it would be appreciated.

I too am experiencing this issue. During the installation I was requested to hold down the "-" for 5 secs and then system indicated it recognized the device and completed the installation. Subsequently, when I launch the device manager, I cannot get it to recognize the 10r at the recognition screen...
