Instructions for remotes
I'm considering purchasing a bluetooth remote. I've been digging around on the site, trying to find guides for what buttons on the remotes do what.
The quick start guides for the remotes only say "refer to your unit usermanual to find out what buttons on the remote do". I have a 20S, and unless I'm missing something, the user manual and quickstart guides on the website for the 20S mention no such thing
I found these videos: https://www.sena.com/support/video-guide/ ; they only explain what half the buttons do on the wristband/handlebar remotes, and what the joystick does in phone paired mode. No idea what it does with FM or intercom; does it move between presets? scan up and down? What does the other button do? Nobody knows!
Then I saw the RC3 and RC4. They appear to have buttons instead of the joystick. Absolutely no evidence I can find, anywhere on the website, of what the buttons do.... I was sitting there, cash in hand this afternoon, trying to figure out what to buy. Ended up not buying anything because I literally have no idea what features these remotes actually have.

I agree totally with Gary! I bought one of the RC4 units, and everything Gary said is true. I have no idea what the "mode" button does if you tap it once, twice, or what. There are not any instructions on how to do virtually anything other than turning it up and down. I have the model without the joy stick. to be honest, it is a very frustrating unit. If I am using bigger gloves in the cold weather riding, it is too difficult to hit the correct button. I have already found out that I hit the wrong one more often than not because it is too small, let alone not knowing what does what except for volume. At this point, I wish I would have never bought it.
