Mic not working
My mic is not working on my 20s. This seems to be a large problem by reading the posts. When is Sena going to respond the the complaints?

I've got the same issue. I bought a helmet kit to wire up a second helmet. The kit comes with 2 boom mics and a wired mic. The boom mics work, but the wired one does not. Of course, that is the one I prefer to use. I opened a ticket with the help desk (159131) and am waiting for a reply. I'll pass along when I hear something.
