Multiple calls and emails to have my S20 repaired. I WOULD NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

WORST EVER. NO US TECH SUPPORT ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND GOT HUNG UP ON!!!!! REALLY!!!!

NOW THEY TELL ME THEY THE S20 IS ON BACK ORDER AND I WILL NOT GET A REPLACEMENT FOR AT LEAST 4 WEEKS. WHAT A JOKE!!
