Interference problems

I recently purchased a 20S dual communication system but am experiencing continual severe interference problems although this appears only to effect one head set. I have fault reset and reset to factory default setting as well as upgrading both head sets, all to no avail. I am at a loss of what to do. Can I returned the set to be checked by your technicians or be provided with a replacement?

  Can you provide more details when you are referring to interference problems? For instance, what functions are being used when you are experiencing this? Thanks.

  I am experiencing the same problem. The unit has been working well up until the last update. Now when i use the radio when i ride, i hear static. The static gets worse as i rev the motorcycle engine. I tried a reset and that hasn't helped. Will try researching more in the forum.

  I have a very high noise environment.  The current mic is not capable of filtering out the background.  Could I install an M-101 noise cancelling electret mic.?  This is what I used when I had a wired harness/helmet.

   The noise cancelling function of the 20S is not sufficient.

  The remainder of the background noise may be ignition from the vehicle if it gets louder as the rpm increases.  Check for cracked plug wires and caps.  Make sure the contacts for the boots and plugs are clean and tight.  Check for loose connections and grounds.

  No problem for me here, and I don't even use the noise reduction. I can't exclude that you have a bad unit or serious bike EM pollution issues, but too many users are happy for the product to be a scam.

  Have your purchase receipt handy when contacting Sena Support. Their warranty might cover repairs or replacements for malfunctioning units.

  This is the problem with the Sena 20Scam.  It doesn't work at all.  Can't even intercom with 1 person most of the time.  When it does connect to more than 1 person, the audio quality is so poor it cannot be used.  

  I'm on my 4th unit.  Sena keeps replacing them.  All 4 units are total failures.  This product is a scam.  Do not purchase this product unless you like being scammed.
