No music on 10s
i got a new phone, galaxy s8 plus. I can connect to phone with 10s, phone works, voice commands work, Radio works. When I try and play music with any app all I get is white noise. Any suggestions?
Update...I connected it to my IPad with same results. I also noticed it does not play any sound from my phone, only phone calls.

I just figured out last night that i needed to pair my phone to the Sena in the Media method as documented in section %. specifically 5.3.1. when doing the pairing on the phone, just select the Sena a second time.
From there out i'll hear 2 beeps after turning on the sena when the phone pairs instead of 1 beep and then Sena will annouce the phone is paired. From there i just hit play on spotify and it plays through my speakers.

That’s a weird one, especially since calls and radio are working fine. It sounds like the 10S is only handling the phone audio profile and not the media (A2DP) profile properly. I’d try unpairing everything, resetting the 10S, then pairing again and making sure media audio is enabled in Bluetooth settings.
