Impulse MB0XL! Flashing red when plugged in, won't do anything not plugged in.

Anyone else have this issue? How did you fix it?  Tried hard reset and that didn't do anything.  Sent support request to sena.

  There are a number possible problems that might be causing your Impulse MB0XL to flash red when it is connected in but not react when it is not.
  Make sure the power supply you're using works. Try using a different USB port or soccer skills world cup power outlet.
  Verify that the power adapter and cable you are using are the right ones for your Impulse MB0XL. Try pushing the device's reset button if there is one. On occasion, this may fix problems with software bugs or firmware.
